F I S H I N G R E P O R T S:
Cedar Creek, October 9, 2005
Fished again with Stephen and his daughter Ashley with Ashley's friend Brooke. We had somewhat similar results but unfortunately the fish didn't school on top. The girls were fun and enjpyed themselves. I think they enjoyed driving the boat more than anuything else. WE caught fish up noprth again and then a few off of the spillway hump but not much anywhere else.
Saturday - 60 to 70 Sandies and 3 Hybrids
Sunday - 40 - 50 Sandies and 1-Hybrid
Billy is still the man on Cedar Creek and we all owe him a big thanks for his reports and the knowledge he shares so freely.
Water temp has dropped to 74 degrees and the water is very off-color. Lures of choice were the Burgess 2-Tone and the Silver Crippled Herring. The slab bite should really take off now. So it is about to get really fun!
