The fishing has been good but we are catching a lot of smaller Whtie Bass The lake has warmed up considerably witht he heat and the fish have become scattered chasing bait. We are catching the fish fairly shallow and most fish are coming off of main lake points on Lead Babies jigging spoons.
This lake contiunes to produce good nmumbers of fish as well as some nice sized Hybrid Striper. These fish are on structure located on the main lake near teh river channel and are moving fast and taking just about any bait we throw at them.
The fish are on they normal main lake schooling activity for this time of year and are readily caught on top water l ures and bigger fish are coming out from under the smaller fish on top by lowering large sppons ot the bottom and then reeeling them back to the surface quickly.
