Green Chilies Cheese Squares
1 lb. Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 4oz. can of Green Chilies chopped
1/2 C of flour
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1 13oz. can Evaporated Milk
Layer cheese and green chilies in a 9 inch square pan. Mix together the eggs, milk and flour. Pour over top. Cook at 350 deg. for 45 minutes. Cool slightly, cut into squares and serve warm.
