I have been fishing since I was 5 years old and now at 51 that means I have been fishing for 46 years. I have fished with all types of rods during that time from inexpensive ones to rods costing in the hundreds of dollars.

None of those rods compares to a TFO for several reason. TFO rods are strong, light and sensitive beyond their reassonable pricing and then there is the warranty. I have never found a manufacturer of any product that so believes in their product as to offer the warranty that TFO does.

No fishing rods "catches" fish, but TFO rod s give you the edge when it come to strength and sensitivity. If fishing is about enjoying the experience and I know it is, then TFO fishing/fly rods greatly add to that experience.

I really appreciate Matthew putting me on his Pro-Staff recently. He and I collaborated on a weightless jig on a #3 O'Shaunghnessy hook for a Tag-A-Long above a slab.

I have used tube jigs and they work okay but they get destroyed pretty quick and I've used regular flies and the same thing happens to them. The way Matthew make these Tag-A-Longs though they last forever! He makes them tough and being a fisherman he puts some great colors together.
